I bought this for the first time and tried it last night on a salad for a new recipe. It’s really different and nice. There is the strong “nutty” taste of sesame, some mustard and oily taste as well. It contains no MSG and needs to be refrigerated once opened. I liked the taste on the salad, but think this would also go well in sandwiches or on top of steak or chicken as a sauce. Be careful when pouring as a lot comes out due to the big opening and also shake before using.
