this is a multi purpose sauce which is my favourite. Not too sweet and tangy. I have used it as the sauce base for salad or mix it with vinegar, soy sauce and chilli oil to make a perfect hotpot dipping sauce the product is from Japan so very expensive. the big bottle is too much for me and its finished in a long time that it doesnt taste good at the end. The small bottle on the other side is too little Hope it can come with a middle size with more reasonable pricing
