Quick way to have yummy noodles that are gluten-free with limited ingredients. All you have to do is put boiling hot water in a bowl with these and leave them for a few minutes and then throw them over tofu some sauce and vegetables.

Erawan rice sticks pad Thai have authentic texture and simple ingredients as they are gluten-free in nature, have authentic texture, and versatility in taste for my dietary requirements. But also, I noticed while handling them they can have breakage easily and potential chance of clumping if not boiled correctly in the pan. They just Simple and healthy for my lunch break.
