These tom yum noodles are delicious and a little bit spicy but manageable. I would suggest using boiling water for the noodles to loosen otherwise using colder water would result in having a stiffer and drier texture. It’s also best to let it sit for a few minutes before eating as it can be very hot. Overall, it’s a nice dish to have when it’s cold outside and it can also be paired with spring onions or other toppings, for extra garnishing. You can even eat it alone as it’s quick to make after adding in the packed powders that come with the noodles and hot water.
