I was pleasantly surprised by Mae Ploy Thai Style Salad Dressing — it has that classic sweet, tangy and slightly savoury Thai flavour that works really well on salads and even as a dipping sauce. It tastes fresh and adds a nice punch without needing much. The only small con is it can be a little sweet for some tastes, but overall it’s super convenient, full of flavour, and something I’d happily keep in the fridge.
