Love this toothpaste! Taste is pleasant and not too overpowering. Not too harsh on teeth or gums. Been using this one for a while and wouldn’t go back to normal Colgate!

This does help whiten teeth but only very very slightly. For the total cost it is not necessarily worth it. The paste itself is a nice flavour and not over the top.
