Fresh, crisp, and full of flavour! The enoki mushrooms came well-packaged and in excellent condition. They have a delicate texture and mild taste that makes them very versatile – perfect for soups, stir-fries, or even hot pot. I especially love how quickly they cook and how they absorb flavours from broth or sauces. Pros: Fresh, easy to prepare, great value, very versatile. Cons: Best consumed quickly as they don’t last long in the fridge. Overall, a high-quality product that I’ll definitely purchase again.
