Love the texture and shape of these noodles, not too thin or thick and the shape grabs the sauce really well. Love the carbonara flavouring however the spice is too much and feel like it takes over, I amend it to using half a packet of the spice and it turns out perfect! Great for an all rounder noodle depending on your spice preference.
