not too spicy - just right! this is great for adding a little bit of kick, but not so much that you burn the insides of your mouth. you can taste the peri period flavour and its a perfect texture- smooth and thick enough to spread. it's great as a sauce base for coleslaw and also on top of s steak. nice versatile mayo
