This is my favourite traditional Dijon which is actually made in France! A classic condiment to serve with cooked meats, add to marinades and essential for making French vinaigrettes. Hot tip: Use an almost empty bottle as a base for a vinaigrette by adding some balsamic or other vinegar and olive oil in 1:3 ratio and then shaking the jar for the leftover Dijon to mix in.

My favourite Dijon mustard on the market. Cheaper versions have a vinegar flavour but this is beautiful. Great for dressings, sauces, sandwiches and roasts. Great smooth texture and colour.
