This is my go-to for whenever I need it either before or after exercise or a work out. It helps relieve and prevent muscular aches and pains. The smell is strong but it works!

Ingredients: Arnica montana Arnica herb extracts applied topically may assist in treating soft tissue injuries, sprains and muscular aches and pains. Hypericum perforatum Commonly known as St John’s Wort, the oily extracts are bright red in colour from the active components, hypericin and hyperforin. St John’s Wort may provide temporary relief of the pain of sciatica and whiplash. Calendula officinalis Calendula may assist in the management of soft tissue trauma. Melaleuca Oil Australian Tea Tree oil. Well known in Australian folklore. Directions: Take a liberal amount and rub gently into the affected area 2-3 times a day or as often as required.
