I bought La Española Extra Virgin Olive Oil for everyday cooking, and I've been really happy with it. It has a smooth, rich flavour that's not too strong, making it perfect for salads, roasting vegetables, or even dipping bread. The oil feels fresh and good quality, and a little goes a long way.
