Old El Paso Beans black comes in a tin of 425 gm containing a source of dietary fibre thats very tasty.I use these as a side food dish for any meal that needs topping up .I sometimes have as filling for my tacos, nachos , enchiladas or burritos.They are a great quick meal to prepare and perfect for sharing .
