it's a good product. A little weak on the vinegar punch, but delicate flavour. Best advise and how I use it. I make balsamic vinegar reduction which highlights everything really well.

Really good balsamic vinegar. Nice flavour and consistency. Just wish it was a little bit more pungent and vinegary but otherwise I highly recommend.
