Artisan pasta. Got it to try and was very impressed. More dense and definitely of better quality. Had slight bitterness to the taste which was perfect to go with pasta sauce. Tiny bit experience but worth splurging once in a while.

This spaghetti number 15 by La Molisana is a cheap little luxury that we buy to make our bolognese. Cons: it can be a little bit chewy if you don't cook it through but the pros are if you get it just right and get it just Al dente then it's really quite nice to the tooth.
