lovely bow shaped pasta which the kids love. Cooks perfectly according to instructions though I add 1 or 2 minutes extra to my liking. .A pricier pasta compared to my other brand.

The farfalle rigate really do a great job of grabbing onto the sauce. Each bite feels substantial because of the little folds in the 'bowtie' shape. It cooks up nicely al dente with a pleasant, slightly chewy texture in the middle and a smoother feel on the edges. It's a fun shape that makes even simple sauces feel a bit more special.

This pasta is very tasty and easy to cook. It has a good texture and I like the consistency of the pasta. The only negative is the price tag. It is much more expensive than other pasta brands. It cooks well and only takes 10 minutes in boiling water.

excellent for salad... the pasta coats easily with the dressing.
