I think it stays on the good side of the sweetness fine line. Tasty. Could taste both honey and nut. Great for brekky. Or Have it as a snack bite. Add it to your cereals or your milk bowl in the morning. Choice is yours. But I can tell you it ticks the boxes for good nutrition to start your day. Does get a little chewy if you eat just the biscuit but it didn't stick to my teeth as much. I must admit though that choc is still my fav flavour.
