I often use this in place of regular salt to add saltiness but also extra herb flavours to dishes. Great in soups, pasta sauce or really any dish you would normally add salt to. And it’s a quick way to get lots of herb flavour in your dish without needing to buy lots of different dried herbs (has a mix of celery, garlic, chives, onion, parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, cress and lovage).
