i’m much prefer being able to make my own soda stream at home rather than just buying bottles of soda water. It means that it’s cheaper for me and I can also control the level of carbonation.

The replacement cylinder slots into the machine easily, seals properly, and delivers consistent carbonation from start to finish. There’s no real performance change from the original; the value comes from how convenient the swap program is. It’s straightforward to exchange at major supermarkets, though the price per refill is noticeably high compared to third-party CO₂ suppliers. Works reliably, but you’re paying for convenience rather than economy.
