I love this sauce, I have it with chips or add the sauce when making wraps. It's rated hot but seems more like medium in spice to me. Needs to be refrigerated as sauce does go off colour once opened if not. Con: it says to be used within 3 weeks once opened, which isn't very realistic in my family of 2 Adults.
