I love using this Nando sauce. It is a fun marinade and I like to pop it on my chicken the night before I cook it and then chuck it all in the oven or chuck it on the barbecue and it gives it such a delicious flavour.

Nicely spiced not to hot marinade. It said quick marinade but if you can leave your chicken in the marinade for over 24 hours the flavour is better. Brush chicken while cooking in proves the flavour
