This is one of my go-to butters. The lighter version still has the same creamy and smooth texture as the regular Lurpak but feels a little less heavy, which makes it great for daily use. It spreads easily straight from the fridge, and the slight saltiness adds a nice balance of flavor without being overpowering. Works perfectly on toast, for cooking, or even baking when I want something lighter. No real downsides—just a reliable and tasty staple to have at home.
