this protein bar has 20.9g of protein which is from casein protein and whey protein isolate, instead of the filler or inferior proteins like collagen protein and soy protein commonly found in other bars. taste good and not bad for on the go when you can’t mix your powder.

I got these for work. they make a nice filling snack and option to eat on the go. they have a fair amount of protein in them which I like and are not to high sugar content.
