Im finding that the treatment works really well. I used it along side normal shampoo and conditioner. works better than head and shoulders that's for sure

I’ve only been using it for a little while but so far seems effective. My scalp is seemingly less dry but I cannot be sure of all the benefits at this current moment, will update after more frequent use but so far so good

I’ve tried a bunch of dandruff shampoos, but Nizoral 2% actually works. It’s medicated, so it doesn’t just mask the flakes — it treats the root cause (thanks to ketoconazole). I noticed a big difference after just a couple of washes — less itchiness, way fewer flakes, and my scalp felt cleaner overall. It does have a bit of a medicated scent and can be drying if used too often, so I use it twice a week and follow up with a good conditioner. Definitely a staple for keeping stubborn dandruff under control.
