It is much more effective in removing the dandruff compares to the 1%, but it would leave your hair quite dry, so i recommend you to pair it with a good hair mask or conditioner.

I’ve tried a bunch of dandruff shampoos over the years, but Nizoral 2% is the only one that’s actually worked long-term for me. I started using it after my scalp became super itchy and flaky, and nothing else—no fancy salon brands, no supermarket stuff—was cutting it. After just a couple of uses (I used it every 3–4 days at first), I noticed a huge improvement. The itching settled down, and the flakes basically disappeared after about two weeks. It also has a really clean scent and lathers well, even though you only need a small amount. The 60ml bottle is pretty small, but because you don’t use it every day, it lasts a surprisingly long time. I still use it once a week now to keep everything under control. The only downside is the price—it’s a bit more expensive than regular shampoos—but for how well it works, I think it’s 100% worth it. Definitely a game-changer if you’ve been dealing with stubborn dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis.
