this product has helped my boyfriends psoriasis on his head and eliminates alott of his dead flaky skin. it has boosted his confidence which allows him to be in a better mood overall helping his wellbeing. it is not too harsh on the scalp and would be recommended for people who are just starting to use the medication for their dandruff. pros are that it is easy to use and works like shampoo. cons- smells a little but not bad
