I started using Nizoral 2% when regular dandruff shampoos weren’t cutting it, and honestly, it made a big difference. Within a couple of weeks, the itching and flaking were way down. It lathers well and has a mild, clean scent—not too medicated. I only needed to use it twice a week, which was convenient. The 2% ketoconazole really seems to work when nothing else does. It can be a bit drying, so I follow up with a light conditioner. If you’ve tried everything and still have stubborn dandruff, this stuff is worth a shot.
