Dissatisfied – Nescafe Cappuchino is not frothing like it used too. Froth is disappearing as soon as chocolate is sprinkled on top. The picture on the front of the box is very deceiving as the froth isn't like it used to be (have been buying this brand for many years). Have noticed this change for a little while now and just thought it was a bad batch but obviously not. Nescafé Hi Row, we hate that you’ve had this experience but thank you for letting us know. Our aim is to always deliver a delicious, frothy cup of coffee, so we’re sorry to hear the froth isn’t at the level you’d expect, or what you’ve normally enjoyed. We haven’t made any recent intentional changes to our recipe, but there can be slight variations from batch to batch.
