What I Like: The cream has a thick, soothing texture that creates a protective barrier over the skin. It’s particularly effective for treating nappy rash, minor cuts, grazes, eczema flare-ups, and even sunburn. I’ve found it incredibly gentle yet effective—redness and irritation often reduce noticeably overnight. It doesn’t sting when applied, which is a big plus, especially when using it on children. A little goes a long way, so even a small tub lasts quite a while. What Could Be Better: The formula is quite thick and can be a little difficult to wash off your hands after application. Also, because it leaves a white residue, it’s best used when staying at home or overnight.
