They have a crunchy digestive base, lemon cream filling, and a lemon-flavoured topping. It has a Strong lemon flavour without being overly sour. The sweet lemon topping balances well with the slightly wheaty digestive biscuit. It is sweeter than a standard but can be a bit dry.
