The cakes are the perfect size for a treat with a cup of coffee for morning or afternoon tea. The ratio of the icing to the cake and filling is perfect. They are a little bit sweet but not too sickly sweet. They are packaged so that you could put one in your bag and it would stay safe for the day. I freeze them and they defrost well.
