Good sweet treat that is great with a cup of coffee. Good in moderation, the lemon taste can be a bit overwelming if you eat too much. Good little packets making it easy to take to work.

I like them but they are too sweet, it has all kinds of syrup. once every three months is fine. not on regular basis. All purpose flour is another factor to. avoid them on regular basis.
