it is great that they are in individual packets and sealed for freshness. The cake is nice and soft and the lemon curd in the centre has a nice tan to it. The icing on top is generous and not too overpowering. It does not take away from the lemon on the inside. grateful school lunches on the go or when you just want a sweet treat.
