This Lemsip really helps when you have a cold. The lemon flavour is nice and it helps unblock your nose and soothes a sore throat. It comes is 10 individual sachets so you can take it on the go. I find that it works for me when I have a cold. Highly recommended.

leap is also good to take with hot water when u have stuffy and blocked nose due to ur cold and flu or sinus it does have a slight effect to get u better in a couple days or so with constant taking it when u need too

I used Lemsip Decongestant during a cold, and it really helped clear my sinuses and ease my headache. The taste was surprisingly pleasant, and it worked quickly—definitely something I’d use again.
