Most of the days I received hair complications are the days I just washed my hair and used Pantene conditioner. I know silicone got a bad name in hair products, but they do help my hair look and feel great! I just make sure I use shampoos that cleanse my hair properly, and only apply conditioner to mid to end area. Regular repurchase items!
