First time trying the extra strong and from opening the lid my eyes were watering. Clears your nose and chest right out. If not use to Vicks need to work your way up to extra strong.

This worked so well when I was sick. It is strong enough to really allow for your sinuses to open up but not too strong that it irritates the skin. I used it directly onto the chest, back and throat and I also used it in as a steam bath. With a steam bath, a little goes a long way so only add half a teaspoon to some water on a big bowl otherwise you'll find this too strong, effective but oh so strong.

This Vicks really helps when you have a cold. It keeps my chest warm and helps clear my nose. Great value when on sale and its good for the whole family to use. Highly recommended and I will buy this again.

i loooove this vicks. i had bad flu recently and this helped me managed my sickness much much better. the comfort from the menthol is really a lifesaver.

An all time staple in our household. Great to have on hand for the cold and flu season, and also great for asthmatic days and for general congestion. Shmear it on directly on your chest and the great menthol scent works its wonders. Also great to put directly on your red nose to reduce pain and inflammation.
