strong taste but the tablet allowed to slowly dissolve in my mouth clears my sinus blockage. Can go through a five piece pack in less than a week they work so well. buy them regularly to help me breathe

these work very well, especially when have a sore throat. clears the nose good too. don't like to have too many as after a while it leaves a funny taste. I like these.
