I have a lot of gut health issues. I have diverticulitis and also an irritable bowel syndrome so I need something that will help my stomach stay regular and Metamucil lemon lime smooth is my go to. it tastes as good as you would expect it to be given it’s a fibre drink. It makes does help me stay regular and that’s the most important thing for my gut health. I would strongly recommend anyone who has these sorts of problems to use this product, I give it five stars.

tastes reasonable for what it is. dont wait to long to drink it or it goes goopy... helps keep your body healthier
