bought this on drs recommendation to increase fibre intake. not the best tasting but not the worst either. drink it fast before it glugs up and it does seem to help with regular use

It’s also helpful for maintaining a feeling of fullness, which can support weight management goals. The 114-dose tub lasts a long time and is good value for the price. The only small downside is that you have to drink it fairly quickly after mixing or it starts to gel — but that’s normal for psyllium-based fibres.
