Awesome flavour and very easy to drink. There are some other fibre supplements out there that are unpleasant to drink however with this one the orange flavour masks the little clumpy bits. It also seems to work however at times I find it can clog up instead of clean out.

Have been using MetaMucil for at least 10 years now. Helps my gut health and eases constipation issues. It also help to keep my cholesterol levels stable. I love the orange flavour. Mix with some water a per the directions and enjoy.
