I buy this Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce to use in the marinade for a pork stir fry I make regularly. If ordinary soy sauce is used it makes the dish far too salty, but this salt reduced soy sauce is just perfect. It's a little expensive, so we usually buy it when it's on special, but it is worth it when making this particular dish.

Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce is a quality soy sauce that is excellent for keeping the salt content down in recipes it is used in. It is an essential ingredient in a pork stir fry I make regularly, as it tastes way too salty with normal soy sauce but just right with this one. It is a little pricey but I look out for it when it is on special because it is a staple in our pantry.

Bought the less salt soy sauce as some of them are quite heavy on the salt. This tasted fine. Use soy sauce with sushi and dim sums
