This S&B Tofu Miso Soup is such a handy little pantry staple. It’s super quick and easy – just add hot water and you’ve got a warm, comforting bowl of miso soup in minutes. Perfect for when you want something light or need a quick side with a meal. The flavour is nicely balanced, savoury and not overly salty. The tofu pieces rehydrate well and the texture is surprisingly decent for an instant soup. Only downside is the portion is quite small, so it’s more of a side than a full meal. Overall though, convenient, tasty and great to keep on hand.
