well I haven’t used it yet but no reason to suspect it won’t be good some people have complained about setting up the sanding belt but the adjust option is good and I managed to get spare belts from Bunnings - non ryobi but they seem sturdy essential for any welders

The RYOBI 150mm 250W Grinder Sander is designed for sanding, shaping, grinding and sharpening. Switch between the separate grinding wheel or sanding belt for great results on different materials. Secure this unit to your workbench for stability and use the inbuilt work light to illuminate finer details on pieces. Material supports can be used for increased accuracy and to reduce user fatigue. Dip your hot metal pieces into the coolant tray to quickly cool them down from excessive friction. The transparent eye shields can also be positioned for protection during operation. A 50mm x 686mm sanding belt and 150mm x 20mm grinding wheel are also included. The detachable wheel dressing tool can be used to effectively remove any excess material buildup on the grinding wheel.
