barbecue sauce from the Taiwanese, most famous brand. Suitable not just for barbecue and it’s good for hot pot as well. such as for lambs and beef slices. But only available in a certain Asian supermarkets

This BBQ sauce from Taiwan is great for hotpot. You can use with meats like lambs, beef’s etc. it gives a bit spicy flavour as well as additional taste of the food.
