Milk skim milk uhI is convenient, can buy a dew leave it in your cupboard. If you run out of fresh skim milk this is a great substitute, and convenient as it's in you cud board. It's light, white great for healthy smoothies, or making custord, cereal for breakfast or just in your coffee or tea. I also make milkshakes with it.
