Usually I get almond milk to keep life interesting, but sometimes I'm feeling less adventurous and plain milk is better!! This is perfect at such a time. With the added convenience that it doesn't need to be kept in the fridge or have a short expiry date before you open it (after opening the usual rules apply) long-life is the way to go!! It's low in carbohydrate sugars - 4.8g per 100ml - so especially if you don't care much about galactose (you don't hear much about that sugar!) this will be considered healthy. If you're a health conscious person and don't need any flavouring in your milk, this'll be perfect for you.

love this product, good value for money & lasts a long time

this is handy to keep in the cupboard for when the unexpected happens. it’s great tasting and great value for money. it lasts 5 days in the fridge once opened which is basically the same the as fresh milk
