Very affordable almond milk that is a good substitute for dairy. This is enjoyable to drink on its own, add into cereal, make into coffee etc. I will be buying this again.

this almond milk is mostly water and the taste is a mild nutty flavour. I like that is plant based and also that it’s low in calories. it is great for vegans or people who are on a keto diet. the taste could be stronger and more nutty in my opinion.

Inner Goodness Unsweetened Almond Milk found at Aldi is a great alternative choice to cows milk. I use it in my overnight oats or baked oats and wouldn’t know the difference. Doesn’t cause any tummy discomfort. A regular item found in my trolley.

I bought this because it's unsweetened almond milk and within my price range. I gave 3 stars because although it tastes good, I think it has ingredients which aren't good for you like maybe soy lethicin which adversly affect gut health.
