Milk Almond UHT is a plant based substitute milk. It is dairy free. It is high in calcium. It is watery and has nutty flavour. It is not high in fiber. It is versatile, you can make custards, add in your cakes or smoothies. I highly recommend this milk for people with lactose intolerance.

This almond milk is average in taste. There isn’t a lot of nutty taste and I’d say it’s because it’s watered down quite a bit. It has a faint colour and the taste is just as faint. The price is cheap and I’d say it is reflective of the quality of the product. I use it in baking and in my coffee it I find I have to use more of it to get the same taste.
