I recently tried almond milk, and honestly, it’s such a good alternative to regular dairy milk! It’s super light, slightly nutty, and perfect for smoothies, cereal, or even coffee. The best part — it’s lactose-free, low in calories, and way easier on the stomach. If you’re someone who gets breakouts or bloating from dairy, this is such a good switch. But if you’re used to full cream milk, it might taste a little watery at first — it’s not creamy unless you get the barista or unsweetened vanilla version.

Milk almond UHT is very good value for money. It is a plant based Milk with watery texture and nutty flavour. It is good for vegans or for people that suffer lactose intolerance, like my husband, but from my point of view I do not like it, because is too watery and has less nutrients than the normal milk.

$ 1. 85 for 1 L of unsweetened almond milk. It’s 98.5% fat free. I also love that it is very low in sugar and only 2 g of carbs per serve. the carton comes straight off the shelf and keeps in the cupboard. Well until use, it’s got a good taste and it doesn’t curl like some almond milk’s do.
