I like The Fresh Salad Co Fine Shredded Slaw 400g for its Super convenient, tasty and healthy. It's a lot more interesting than a coleslaw I'd make myself, and having everything ready to go is such a bonus when you're time-poor. It's nice to have the white cabbage, carrot and red cabbage, finely shredded, and kept fresh in the packet for a day or two after opening, so stretched to more than one meal. It has plenty of taste and is quite fresh. A great change from creamy traditional coleslaw; more vibrant and colourful.
